Can I mix plans across my team?
Yes. Assign each seat the plan it needs — a support agent on Growth, a back-office extension on Starter — and we bill per seat, per month.
How does outbound calling get billed?
Seat pricing covers the platform. Outbound minutes and WhatsApp conversations are metered at pass-through carrier rates, shown live in your console before you're charged.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Absolutely. We port your numbers in during onboarding at no charge, and there's nothing to lose if you ever decide to leave.
Is the AI analytics included?
Transcription and sentiment are included from the Growth plan up. Custom models, bespoke scorecards and compliance packs live in Enterprise.
